The Kiyosumi-Shirakawa area has a large concentration of great cafes. After all, it was not for no reason that the famous American coffeehouse Blue Bottle Coffee chose Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, not other more well-known places such as Shinjuku, to open their first shop in Tokyo.
Among the cafes in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Cafe Kiyosumi is a great choice for an afternoon break to either chat with friends or to relax and read books. The cafe has a collection of books on its shelves. Moreover, the large selection of cakes are delicious as well.
